REFUND POLICY

My item arrived damaged / I was sent the wrong item

Sometimes mistakes can happen, so in the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect order, just get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the item and we'll send you a free replacement. To initiate the return process, please contact us via email and provide photos of the damage.

Once we have confirmed the damage or error, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement free of charge.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.


I ordered a print/frame but changed my mind

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return it for any other reason we also offer 14 day returns. In order to be eligible for this type of return, the item must be returned to our Australian returns address within 14 days of you receiving the item, and must be in the same condition as when it was received, including the original packaging. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team via email.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items, and we recommend that items be shipped via registered/tracked post to ensure that they are received by us. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in the same condition as when it was received, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, minus the original shipping charges.
