When you place your order, it will be sent to our local print lab who we know and trust for high quality prints.

Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Please double-check your order details and shipping address to ensure that everything is correct. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary changes before your order goes into production.

Production and Dispatch
To eliminate waste, all of our products are made to order, which means that we do not carry inventory. After you place an order, we will begin the production process. Unframed prints are usually dispatched within 3-6 business days. However, please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays or promotional events, dispatch time may be longer than usual.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship our products using various shipping methods, depending on your location and the size of your order. We offer both standard and express shipping options, and the shipping cost will depend on your selected shipping method and your location. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process.

International Shipping
We currently ship our products to most countries worldwide. However, please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
